End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and TableWise ("we," "us," or "our") for use of the TableWise web application and related services (the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business operations, subject to the terms of this Agreement. This license does not include the right to sublicense, resell, or redistribute the Service.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login information.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other accounts, or systems
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the Service without our written permission
  • Upload malicious files, viruses, or harmful content
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

4. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, designs, text, graphics, and other content, is owned by TableWise and protected by intellectual property laws. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you. You retain ownership of the data you upload to the Service.

5. AI-Powered Features

The Service uses artificial intelligence to process invoices and other documents. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated results may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all data extracted or generated by the Service before relying on it for business decisions.

6. Third-Party Integrations

The Service may integrate with third-party services such as QuickBooks Online. Your use of third-party integrations is subject to the terms and conditions of those services. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of third-party services.

7. Service Availability

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned downtime.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TableWise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of your use of or inability to use the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of this Agreement, with or without notice. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will make your data available for export for a reasonable period following termination.

10. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification.
