Welcome to TableWise. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TableWise web application and related services (the "Service"). Please read them carefully.
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.
TableWise is a cloud-based platform designed for restaurant operators. The Service includes AI-powered invoice management, accounting integrations, and business tools to help you run your restaurant more efficiently.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address and a secure password. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at support@tablewiseapp.com.
You retain full ownership of all data you upload to the Service, including invoices, vendor information, and financial records. We do not sell your data to third parties. We access your data only as necessary to provide the Service, improve our product, and comply with legal obligations. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.
Access to the Service may be subject to subscription fees. Pricing details, including any free trial periods, are communicated at the time of sign-up or renewal. We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice. If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel your subscription before the new pricing takes effect.
Our Service uses artificial intelligence to extract and process data from invoices and other documents. While we work hard to ensure accuracy, AI is not perfect. You should always review AI-processed data before finalizing it in your accounting or business systems. We are not responsible for errors or losses resulting from unreviewed AI-generated content.
The Service integrates with third-party platforms such as QuickBooks Online. When you connect a third-party service, you authorize us to exchange data with that service on your behalf. We are not responsible for the performance, security, or availability of third-party services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.
You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes, but is not limited to:
We are always improving TableWise and may add, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for significant changes. While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for temporary outages.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to the Service or other users. Upon termination, we will retain your data for 30 days so you can export it, after which it will be permanently deleted.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service's fitness for a particular purpose, reliability, or accuracy. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TableWise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TableWise, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify you via email or an in-app notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
