What is TableWise?
TableWise is a single platform that brings together the operational tools restaurants actually need: online menus, reservations, email marketing, vendor invoice processing, staff scheduling, event management, and a full website builder. All in one place.
We built it because the existing options in this space are either too expensive, too fragmented, or both. Want reservations? That's one vendor with per-cover fees. Online menu? Another service. Email marketing? A third tool with its own login. Invoice management? Probably still a spreadsheet.

- Online menu management. Build and manage your full menu with photos, categories, and pricing. Sync from your Clover POS or use our AI to generate a starting menu.
- Website builder. Choose from five professional themes and publish a real restaurant website with a custom domain. No coding needed.
- Reservations. Accept and manage online reservations with no per-cover fees. Automated SMS and email confirmations included.
- Email marketing. Manage contacts, import customer lists, and send email campaigns. AI helps you write content when you're stuck.
- Events and catering. Receive event inquiries through your website and manage them from a central dashboard. AI can draft event proposals in seconds.
- Invoice processing. Upload vendor invoices and let AI extract every line item. Approve and sync directly to QuickBooks.
- Staff scheduling. Build weekly schedules and manage shifts from the same dashboard you use for everything else.
Simple pricing
We offer two plans: $299/month or $2,999/year (save about 17%). Both plans include every feature. No per-reservation fees, no premium tiers, no add-on charges. Every new account starts with a 30-day free trial.
We require a credit card at signup to prevent spam accounts, but you won't be charged until your trial ends. Cancel anytime during the trial and owe nothing.
