Is there really a free trial?
Yes. Every new account gets 30 days free. A credit card is required to sign up, but you won't be charged until your trial ends. Cancel anytime during the trial and pay nothing.
Are there any per-reservation or per-transaction fees?
None. Your subscription covers everything: unlimited reservations, unlimited contacts, unlimited invoices. We don't believe in nickel-and-diming our customers.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Absolutely. You can upgrade to yearly billing at any time and we'll prorate the difference. Switching back to monthly takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access through the end of your current billing period. After that, your data is available for export for 30 days before it's permanently deleted.
Do I need to connect QuickBooks to use TableWise?
No. QuickBooks integration is optional. You can use TableWise for menus, reservations, marketing, and everything else without connecting any accounting software.
